"Longxing Temple 隆兴寺"
This piece was painted on location at Longxing Temple, located in Zhengding (正定县), a county in Shijiazhuang that has been a religious center for over a thousand years. The temple itself dates back to 586 AD and is home to many famous relics and statues, including a 21.3-meter-tall Guanyin and a revolving wooden bookcase.
I’ve fallen in love with painting traditional Chinese rooftops, especially the corners.
Each artwork will be signed dated and sent in a secure envelope.
Each print will also be signed and numbered.
